Nice!
Green tea is also the only natural source of L-Theanine, A calming and focusing neurotransmitter. When you get jitters from drinking coffee, This indicates a deficiency of L-Theanine.
For some reason it’s hard to find powdered matcha in my local supermarkets.
Plenty of bancha but not macha.
Same!

How does it taste ?
Deliciou, as long as you don't put too much powder
hard to find Matcha in Costa Rica 😢...
Do you use the “shaving brush and bowl “ to mash it up
Absolutely!
I used to prepare my own matcha by hand at work (with the powder and the special spatula). No milk, no sugar. Tasted like grass soup but I used to enjoy the ritual.
Favorite matcha that's easy to find in the States?
For anyone who is interested in high quality matcha:
Same! I have it almost every night after I use the sauna.

What's a good reasonably priced matcha? I know you get what you pay for and the good stuff ain't cheap, but sats ain't cheap either! Btw, halfway through Broken Money and you're blowing my mind. Huge thanks!
I can drink Kenko culinary grade matcha with no issue. Tastes great. That’s cheap by matcha terms.
