He needs to have a 3rd party, example on trust wallet. You can buy bitcoin, but you don't buy it from trust wallet. You use a 3rd party provider such as simplex, moonpay etc. Then the funds are sent to your wallet address (wallet built into future damus)

I know that that exists but we don't know what licensing or type of paperwork or documentation that they have to have for that. Maybe it's nothing. Maybe they have slipped through the cracks.
I guess for this to work,he will need to have a wallet built into Damus, team with a 3rd party to sell bitcoin to the users. He can also discuss how the 3rd party would give 70% of the funds in sats to the wallet of user. And 30% of the funds, would remain fiat, sent back to an account held by dames. Then forwarded to apples pay team.
Or just a wallet protocol for a dumas wallet that moonpay ECT would use when toping up wallet
