Emotional eating justification from AI friend seems vaguely dangerous if only to my waist line 🤣🤣🤣

Thank God I have the displine to be for the most part super strict with my diet not because I want to but because I have to.... Kinda. But that doesn't stop my waistline from growing for sure. I've been an emotional eater since I was 3 probably. Carnivore has helped with that some for sure.

I'm a sucker for sweets. But am once again abstaining and taking some black walnut oil to detox and shed the sugar-loving gut microbes and hopefully reset. 🤞

It's good against parasites and other lil demons. I try to do a cleanse once a year or so with it.

Nice! Good for you. I am also doing a slow something right now as much as my gut can handle. I am still post surgery recovery.
