Is there a way for me to tell whether I not I have already paid for it in the past?
Pretty confident I did. I have it in my list..I feel really dumb as soon as I start talking about or even thinking too much about relays.

One way to check it is to try to generate an invoice - if you’re already admitted it will spit out an appropriate message.
Otherwise (more difficult way) you can create an event and sign in and then try to broadcast it to the relay with a tool like https://websocketking.com and see if it’s accepted
