Honestly, there are all sorts of "homeless" people who function quite well, but if they are the sort who are so dysfunctional that they stay drugged up or they shit on the sidewalk or they are just mentally ill, why would you want those people to vote?

I mean, it would certainly be nice for there to be ways for people to get the help they need to be a functioning member of society, no matter what their situation may be, but I don't see why they would give a shit about voting one way or the other, unless someone is bribing them & driving them to the polls or bringing them mail in ballots to fill out (which the left definitely does).

It doesnt matter whether I personally want them to vote or not. An ideal world would not have a large, overbearing democratic state. But unfortunately, we dont live in that world (yet). We live under a system of alleged democracy, in which case, everyone should have the right and ability to vote.
