Yes, same I think. I actually found him via bitchute or rumble, he stands out amongst the purple nostrich / ai bitcoin image other content on these elsewhere platforms which people are somewhat put off by.
Doesn't feel like umm.. propaganda or an amateur advert or something. Whereaa a lot / most of the nostr stuff on other platforms does.

Really clients with a little bit of a marketing budget should be reaching out to people like him. People interested in privacy stuff anyway, outside of bitcoin twitter, people already making content.
Some of the HEY HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT NOSTR! emulating (poor) TikTok content promo stuff feels so forced and borderline scammy.
