Not actually true. Many highly intelligent people aren't rich, nor do they care about trivial nonsense like the illusion of success and being bogged down with unnecessary burdens. The more possessions, the more things to maintain and drain your energy and distract from your learning.

Diversity means bringing in people that haven't earned something into the group that earned it. In modern identity Marxism, this includes things in addition to financial wealth, such as status and intelligence.
Inclusion means taking from one that earned something, and including people that didn't earn it by giving them that thing from the one that earned it.
