Just got home from a work trip for the week. I’m telling you, there’s nothing greater in the world than coming home to your wife and kids. 7h drive home, second I walk into the door I’m needed. Hug after hug, jumping up and down. Felt like the biggest celebrity, everyone jockeying for attention including the dog. I was just on a walk around the neighborhood with my two kids and dog. My son a scooter and myself pushing my daughter in a stroller crossing a 4 way. I arrived ahead of the two oncoming cars. I was nearly half way across and one of the cars proceeds to accelerate forward. I raised my hand up in case they didn’t see me. As we make it to the other side, this older boomer creeps up slowly and yells “fuck you” at us.
