Must admit I've fucked my back up before trying to twist and wash my own back. 😬

Done some damage to it when I was younger and now I have to be careful.

Literally what happened to me. I run and lift weights multiple times a week. Just getting older I guess.

You can be strong and still have shitty posture. I should know.

If you can keep your discs aligned into your 60s, they will crystalize that way and you'll be ok for the rest of your life as long as you don't do anything crazy.

One thing that’s helped me avoid back issues is going to the chiropractor regularly. I know some people don’t like them, but I think they’ve been critical for me.
