Better to strike a nerve while leaving a note on nostr than while permanently marking someone's body with ink. 🤷‍♂️

I don't understand the people getting irritated over it, I disagree with your view but it doesn't bother me that it's your view. To each his own. 🤙

Was basically just a shit post. I mean, I don't have or want tattoos so of course they are a poor use of money to ME, my actions already demonstrate my preferences. But I don't actually care. I have lots of friends with tattoos & have had girlfriends with tattoos.

Honestly, this is one of the reasons I never got a tattoo. Never had anything that I thought I would never one day think, "Why did I ever think it was a good idea to pay that much money to permanently put it on my body?"

Always expected I would have buyer's remorse.

Yeah, I read somewhere to pick something & put it on your mirror. Look at it every day for at least a year, if you still like it then maybe...

And I can think of a few things that I wouldn't hate to have on me in some permanent fashion (maybe), but the idea of paying lots of money & dealing with hours & potentially weeks of repeated pain & discomfort for it, plus the risk of infection or allergic reactions, just pushes the whole idea off the table for me.

I'd rather throw money at massages or chiro visits or something.

Got 4 of my 5 almost thirty years ago. And still happy with them
