These aren't deep thinkers; interviewer included. Putin is a bad man, and so are the people who think we can and should fix it. Saddam was a bad man, and so were the people who said we needed to start an endless war in the Middle East.
This is neocon propaganda struggling to remain relevant as fiat-financed wars are holding on for dear life.
