You do. Hereโs a helpful tip. If you are limited in time you can do a five minute workout that will be intense enough to benefit you. Sprint as hard as possible for one minute. Rest one minute. Repeat that three times. Check out Andy Galpin on Huberman lab podcast. Heโs a wealth of knowledge.

I will try that.
Have mainly been trying to work on weight loss and improve stamina.
Ive noticed HUGE increases in health benefits that are clinically measurable.
I used to suffer high pulse (90bpm) and high blood pressure (90/150) since I started running 2 years ago. Now i have resting pulse at 50-60bpm and bp around 70/110 when resting.
And as i said; i can regularly excert myself for long periods of time and even push my heart to its limits without issues.
Before this I would have died if I tried to catch a bus.... ๐
Thatโs great. Those are solid numbers now. Congratulations on the results. Hard work pays off. Donโt neglect strength training tho. That helps in elderly years when you start losing muscle. The more you have to start with the better off you are going to be performing daily tasks in old age like doing laundry or yard work etc.
I will do!
do you mean systolic value of 150?
Also had a similar issue last year.
Once I did more purposeful cardio sessions and daily walking, I am down to regular levels of blood pressure. (130-150/70) with a low/normal pulse
