It’s funny how if we speak the truth about what we know, it’s look down upon. We have to lie to succeed. The world is backwards.

I think of it more an issue of humility vs hubris. If I am not a good candidate, it would be a waste of everyone's time if I lied or exaggerated. I'm usually the one hiring in my equations so I won't do that to others. The fine line between confidence & arrogance is one I try to avoid...widely when possible 😂

Confidence is key, but yes a very fine line. Swagger can be interpreted both ways. Only you yourself know who you are. Thank you for the zaps. You are too kind. Good luck in your employment endeavors.
