Made one of my favourite “taste memories” Burnt Basque Cheesecake originating from La Viña in San Sebastián…now we have to wait 8 hours whilst it sets in the fridge. 🙃

I’ve tweaked mine this time to fit a different pan and testing a different flour, yet to taste!
