Made one of my favourite “taste memories” Burnt Basque Cheesecake originating from La Viña in San Sebastián…now we have to wait 8 hours whilst it sets in the fridge. 🙃
I only waited 4 hours and it was incredible…the flavour and texture is heavenly! Super easy to make as well! 😋
