porn decided VHS vs BetaMax. BluRay vs HD DVD. the entirety of video streaming

if you don’t have porn on your side, your side is going to lose. history shows this clearly

Not really true for VHS/Beta. Beta had half the runtime, high licensing fees, and had lots of porn available. VHS won out in the market because it was a better, cheaper, consumer video tape standard
