I don't know what you mean by bookmark an account.

We don't have public or private lists yet. That will be glorious.

DMs are a quick way of finding accounts that are significant to you. A burner npub with a selection of follows, is another way which you can then use to find a subset of accounts.

It's zero cost & is interesting, if not a little clunky.

I'd love to be able to view from that account & post from this one in Amethyst.

I figured it might also be useful to transition to if I ever suspected my nsec was compromised. 🤷

If you send your burner a DM, you can view its follows quickly, which has a smaller number than your main account.
