I've been baking my own sourdough bread for 12+ years 🤓 ever since our first born started solids and the white British toast bread was being recommended by many 🖕🏻

My bread has only 4 ingredients:

🫙 Sourdough starter ( a living culture of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria - fermented goodies for a healthy gut)

🌾 Wheat / rye flour

💦 Water

🧂 Himalayan salt

It's a 1000+g loaf and I can only bake 2-3 loaves a day because it's our little family project to teach our kids how to bake, price your work and interact with people at a professional level while delivering it for SATs nostr:npub1kqsmt5ech8u2cjm620tm4ytekzgkmulvr9wa4k93hvf3jwn32gxqjxfsd8

How much does a 1kg sourdough bread cost in the place you live?

How much would you be happy to pay for it?

Should I have a flat price in SATs?

Your bread looks awesome. What wheat is your starter/bread made of?

Any wheat flour. Starting the starter is an experience in itself. It's like having a baby you have to feed 👀
