"Let's do this right from the beginning" doesn't imply they have done things wrong? Not trying to tone police, I thought you were negging just to flex.

The people making the protocol have no say or control over what LN Address/NIP-57 wallet people use, I'm talking to users who are choosing custodial wallets.
Fair. Users *should* push for noncustodial support. We should also go easy on #Nostr devs. They've been pedal to the metal since the protocols unexpected early success.
Yet again, I never even mentioned Nostr devs, they're not even a part of this discussion or issue as the NIP properly lays out everything needed for non-custodial usage.
Have never said a bad thing about Nostr devs, please stop jumping to conclusions
