These must be a Midwest thing because we do the exact same things with a little variation lol. Italian dressing seasoning packet in the cream cheese. Grape jelly and mustard for the little smokies. Ranch seasoning in the butter for oyster crackers.

Those are all pretty much spot on (I make the BBQ sauce myself but using standard store bought this year, otherwise it's wasted on my relatives who don't care about being sugar-free as I'm diabetic)
