Brewed my first homebrew in several years and I must say, I’m very happy with the results.

Yeah – the rest was a bit hazy, but tbh, I've never minded the haze.

I did just finally take the plunge and get a few corny kegs. No more cleaning bottles. 😁

Also - curious, what are you making recently?

And - do you know of other Nostriches into homebrew? We should start a community here if we can find a few more.

Currently my thoughts are about mild ale. Evening-long drinkable for good pub talk with low Vol. Alc. (3.5% or so). Something like Smithwicks.

And actually no, I don‘t know any homebrewers on nostr (so far).
