Been going down a diet rabbit hole. I’ve done a limited amount of research so take this with a grain of salt.
Seems like with most things in life taking a balanced approach is best.
- diet extremes on either side don’t solve all of life’s problems(carnivore, vegan, keto)
- eat balanced diet of meat, veggies, fruits, complex carbs etc.
- eat whole foods(not sure if organic is necessary)
- not convinced seed oils are poison
- avoid enriched flours and simple carbohydrates
- avoid added sugars(big)
Balanced diet paired with aerobic excercise, strength training, stress management, social interaction, and sense of purpose will do me well.
