Chicken shawarma with garlic sauce, made with homemade crème fraîche. First time making it, and I will never buy it in a store again. Sooooo easy. 16oz heavy cream, two tbsp buttermilk in a glass jar, cover with breathable material, let sit at room temp for 12 hours. That's it. #foodstr
