Found it! First time trying Bison meat.

What internal should I go for the steak 🥩 ? And what to cook with the ground beef ? Any recipes?

I never ate the raw ground beef 🤔

ground beef & eggs ftw

That’s how I will try it I guess

No idea about temps I just burn the shit out of all steaks.

Ground I just use like beef.

Same as beef.

Noted. BRB

Bison burgers are amazing 🤤

Throw a little Worcester sauce, salt, & pepper into the mix. Cheddar on top. Potato bun or brioche roll.

Unforgettable

I stopped eating bread 😁 no burgers 🙈

Honestly it would still be good without a bun lol

Fork & knife and dip in bbq sauce

Fyi, if it doesn’t say pasture raised, grass fed & finished it is just a corn fed snicker finished confined feed lot bison/cow crossbreed. Just a basic steak in a manipulative package.

I personally think bison tastes better a bit rarer than you like beef.

Grate and salt an onion, press it in a strainer in order to get the juice out, use the onion pulps with black pepper and paprika,a bit olive oil, add to the ground meat and blend well, make a burger out it.

For the stake , let it get aged a bit in fridge about two days atleast, pound it well, lots of black pepper, and sizzle it with butter, rosemary and little cumin powder on cast iron.

Not gotta wait two days 😁 I was prompting for this day since Thursday 😂😂

I know what you saying mate😂 trust me it’s worth it, you can also speed up the aging by freezing and defrosting.

I will order more and do it next 🫡

Had some the other day, cooked it like a beef steak, red and juicy in the center!
