What internal should I go for the steak 🥩 ? And what to cook with the ground beef ? Any recipes?

Bison burgers are amazing 🤤

Throw a little Worcester sauce, salt, & pepper into the mix. Cheddar on top. Potato bun or brioche roll.

Honestly it would still be good without a bun lol

Fork & knife and dip in bbq sauce
