I'm just wondering how we want from: you should never re-use an address for privacy reasons, to: you must consolidate all your UTXO, which is more or less same as using always the same address from a privacy point of view. (Sure if you re-use address you still have many UTXO that you should consolidate as low fee to avoid loosing sats as dust, but still).
