How does full outbox impact performance in Amethyst? Are there any safeguards you have added for people with large follow lists and outbox relays?

I don't think it changes that much. We added a bunch of cache to keep things fresh. But we will see when we ship it out.

For me its been fine so far although I don't fully know what it effects yet and I am new to nostr so its only 50 connections.
