What collaborative multisig setup should nostr:npub1e2rd2k45ym2jmctnysfadxumrvrr57vqj69ck6trt2y62c40r0kqs9lx8t and I run on Nunchuck if we want to each be able to send a transaction unilaterally but also not rely on the phone to hold all necessary keys to send that transaction?

Would a 2 of 4 multisig where I have a key on the phone and a Tapsigner and she has a key on the phone and a Tapsigner work for this?

You're correct. This would be a solid setup for what you described. I'd recommend keeping an offline copy of your wallet config from Nunchuk + phone keys as well just for reliability. Your threat risk would be the combination of any two devices being compromised (plus wallet config if not both phones) or any group of three being lost.
