same reason as the first time, they tell is it is encouraging selling digital content outside of apple pay
Could you swing it as a P2P solution? Keep the Zap button, just links to a quicky profile view to settle the transaction. Messy, but maybe?
I asked apple directly about this on the phone actually, they said no
