Sign up with Nostria and be discoverable globally! Even if you're only connected to a single, even a personal relay, you'll be discoverable due to the published relay list to a discovery relay.
Nostria hosts Discovery Relays in different regions, and syncs with Purplepages. All Discovery Relays are synced together, so new accounts are discoverable, no matter where they are regionally located.

Is the plan to add a method to discover additional relays for users to use? As a first touch point these warnings would be very confusing. 
I'm thinking of having a button to purchase dedicated relays, if someone is providing a service to quick and easily spin up personal relays, I would love to have that added.

The "Deprecated Warning" is mock-up, and won't be shown to first-time users. It's to help clean up kind 3 relay lists, which I don't want to override automatically. I'll get this implemented now.
The "Direct Message relays" will also be automatic for first-time users. It's a compromise I made in NIP-17 support.
I implemented a check for both DM relays and deprecation warning.
This is how it will look for existing user's who have not cleaned up their following list yet:
One step is missing and that's auto-publish DM relay list on behalf of new accounts, I'll get that done later.
Regarding discovery of relays, could do something similar to Discovery Relay, where there is a button that will perform latency check for Discovery Relays.
