Yeah, I‘m having this kind of thoughts rn as well… Not really motivating! Woke up around midnight, couldn’t fall asleep again due to such thoughts and am now sitting on a sofa scrolling through nostr since 2 hrs hoping to calm down my mind… Once you see through the veil, it‘s rough going!
I wouldn't worry about it! There's not much you can do. Besides, there'll always be something else to worry about. Read a book:) on paper.
