Features. People pay for special features.
A small portion of each of my zaps goes to nostr development, thatβs altruism.
I subscribe to Damus and Mutiny+ for additional features.
Features are good, and so is membership. People feel part of a group or community as a member
Membership is nice but I donβt know if thatβs enough to get me to part with sats. Some kind of flashy badge would help but again that is sort of a feature
honesty
transparency
accountability
feature richness (the nip standard)
reflecting the ethos of decentralisation (and best practices) in their work.
