Used Chinese medicine for a back issue, accumpuncturr and pricet pills tgat did no good.

Years of grinding teeth, bush doofs (music festivals) prob don't help.. Have got good ear plugs for next one (in a week)..

Usually.. Though let business go~8 months ago. I still keep busy though, tension often through out body though, no doubt s contributing factor, relax meditation would likely help.. I guess..
