lollll this is wild. I can't update the DNS on a domain because all ways in are "protected" by cloudflare. We need nostr:npub1q6mcr8tlr3l4gus3sfnw6772s7zae6hqncmw5wj27ejud5wcxf7q0nx7d5 's DNS project more than ever

All my self hosted stuff used Cloudflare tunnels. So long as I'm in my own LAN I don't need it but I should plan to put in a failsafe in case this starts happening more frequently.

Yep... I don't use cloudflare tunnels, but as an asset CDN in a capacity that really doesn't warrant this level of reliance on their system... going to undo that right now.

i’m in the same boat: Cloudflare, Digital Ocean, and even Porkbun for pete’s sake

I think this is going to be a big day

HUGE

I checked, it still works.

If you do this from the command line:

dig _nip05.[npub].npub.dnspub.xyz TXT

Where [npub] is your npub…

You will get the service TXT record your kind 0 nip05 address. Works for _name, _website, and _lud16 as well.

Also dig resolves A records if you have any. I add them using nostr:npub1hw6amg8p24ne08c9gdq8hhpqx0t0pwanpae9z25crn7m9uy7yarse465gr ‘s nodns project.
