“All the Gold remains.” My father passed away in 2019 because of Alzheimer’s.

This art represents the deterioration of the mind, the blank spots, of those who suffer from ALZ. Gold is the good memories that can be held by those left behind. The white dot is my dad’s true self - that which got buried beneath his confusion and pain and anger - and what I believe is now free and at peace.
