good question. I would tend to agree with your statement. I can tell you that bondage stage = CBDC, and we are almost there. recent US credit downgrade may have marked the official end to apathy stage.
Or could possibly be the end of the selfishness stage. Who knows how far this apathy bs could keep going?
I lean towards apathy - dependence. also consider the recent large public outcry when the Supreme Court overruled current admins ability to erase nearly $2 Trillion of student debt. that suggests a strong tilt towards dependence stage.
