So, Trump wants to incorporate Canada as a federal state. And Musk wants to incorporate Greenland.

Meanwhile Andrew Tate launches BRUV Party and wants to become UK's Prime Minister. And then Musk's 'free speech' platform suspends BRUV Party's account on X.

Any other crazy news this week?

Great start of the year

Wow, I didn’t know the last part. Suspend it why?

Does Tate know about Nostr?

If someone managed to rope him over here that would be the chaos we need to get this year kicked off right - bring on the insanity 🤣

I think Elon and friends are trying to shift attention away from the H-1B visa debacle to anti-Muslim rhetoric.

That's the benefit of owning a platform like Twitter. Basically, we're back to the same thing with traditional media - narrative control.

Same goal different methods, traditional media was vertical, top-down, you had four or five big media houses and they in-orchestra with the state, controlled the larger narrative. Elon on the other hand, as clearly expressed by himself multiple times, seeks to make us all nodes in this propaganda machine, every individual is the media, serving under and for the Algorithm.

No, Trump asked about Greenland during his first administration. Trump is sending an envoy to Greenland this week. To do it "correctly," Greenland first needs to declare independence from the UK. Once that happens Greenland can claim a new alliance and move on to a purchase or integration.

It might be more wise to claim Canada as a territory and not a state.

Greenland is part of Denmark, not the UK.

I figured I wasn't correct. That's why I used the blank of the UK. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for the correction.
