Vegetables in general are full of anti-nutrients, especially if eaten raw. Even cooked veg is full of harmful lectins which are heat resistant. I just see no reason to eat vegetables at all, unless, for some reason, you really enjoy them.
Fruit was only available to our ancestors briefly during summer, and it was much more fibrous. If you want to keep eating fruit, don't overdo it, be mindful of their usually high carb content (high compared to meat btw, not shit like cereal). From a nutritional standpoint, again, nothing of value is gained by eating fruit if you're attempting a carnivore diet.
Generally, avoid combining carbs and fat, it is a bad idea.
