I’d say it’s a function of your follows… if you unfollow the 20% producing the 80% unwanted content in your feed, and follow more people that don’t post that, then it will make a significant impact on your feed.

Maybe you don’t want to do that but that’s still a choice you are making.

The other options are to mute words or invite people to Nostr that don’t talk about Bitcoin and socialize with them instead.

People simply won’t stop posting about their interests just because someone doesn’t like what they have to say about them.

I don’t always post about Bitcoin, but sometimes I do, and if someone doesn’t want to follow me because of that then I am content with that.
