Too heavy to track all new follow notifications from all relays. Primal does that through a centralized service that we will never build.
Why? The devs didn't add that function.
Indeed, Primal is the only client I know of that notifies you about follows.
It would be nice if #Amethyst had more controls regarding notifications.
