The rules are stupid.

The half time rituals are stupid.

The games are all rigged ahead of time.

They are the modern day bread and circuses to distract the populations.

Unless you are actually playing football yourself, or are supporting your friends and family by cheering them on in their games. There is no point to watching football, or any sports ball game in this modern age. Other than to distract yourself from the stresses of modern day life. Watching sports is never worthy of your time.

This is coming from someone who grew up on professional sports and loved them as a child. Until I grew up then became a man who discovered what was important and worthy of my attention. For my spare time is limited and I have no desire to watch grown men chase balls around a field in rigged games for shits and giggles anymore. I would rather have a fucking beer and relax on the beach listening to a good audiobook any day of the week instead.
