Replying to Avatar ESE

I want to do it for fun, and I hear it makes the Bitcoin network stronger and more resilient. I heard it is relatively cheap to run a ton of them. Any pointers will be highly appreciated

Running one makes the network stronger... And only if you use it by connecting your wallet to it or using it for fee estimations or SOMETHING... But mostly for verifying payments to yourself.

Running many more nodes, has no extra benefit to the Bitcoin network, maybe just to your own education.

His point is still valid. Theres not reason to run a ton of extra BTC nodes. Just pick one version and let your F&F connect their wallets to your node. (Maybe 2 if you want a alternate)
