My landlord wants to raise the rent almost a million sats (fiat) :,(( I wanna cry. It’s a one bedroom!

Remember you can negotiate with him. Landlords don’t want to lose good tenants. Bake him a plate of cookies then tell him a raise in rent will effectively kick you out. If he still wants to raise it, then you deserve a better place.

I rent too. I try to treat it like a job. An employer or landlord is going to do whatever they want in the end, you have influence, but some types are just that way. Start looking for other options. You never know what you might find:)
