Chill out on the self custody maximalism. There are some advantages to using custodial solutions for small amounts. You just have to weigh the trade offs of convenience vs risks and act accordingly.

i also found that a lot of people giving opinionated advice actually have never used or have any real experience with what they talk about… they just repeat confirmation biased crap
