Are the photos, audios and videos uploaded to the relays?
They are uploaded to https://nostr.build.
But I think we should do a NIP for content-addressed blob uploads. They would be only sent to relays that support the standard.
When we add lightning payments for bandwidth, many relays would probably be happy to store files.
That would even allow for recorded livestreaming.
