a while back i drove my friend to the airport when he was going to Ukraine to fuck hoes but also because his mother lived in Ukraine and his father in US was suicidal and this friend was talking about how he might stay in Ukraine but we didn't take it seriously ...
we had the notorious BMW i-Drive WORSE THAN USELESS navigation and had to drive to Newark from Brooklyn and hit traffic and i was worried he would miss the plane and it would be my fault since i was driving and that was the only thing on my mind so when we finally got to the terminal i just unloaded him and was like hurry the fuck up bro but instead he came up to me, not in a hurry at all, and said he wanted to shake my hand in case we never see each other again. he stayed in Ukraine and about a year ago he died. i never saw him since dropping him off at the airport.
the moral of the story here is you never know when it may be the last time you see or speak to somebody. we just take things for granted until they're gone.
which brings me to the subject of what if my boomer nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c died today, what would be his legacy ? what did he teach me while alive ?
just wanted you to know nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c that if you die the lesson i learned from you is that it isn't always about having the perfect answer - sometimes it's just about asking questions PUBLICLY and starting a conversation. most people ( myself included ) are driven by the need to appear intelligent and by the fear of being wrong. but nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c has shown that you make a bigger difference by leaving some room for other people to contribute in the conversation instead of digesting every single point until every retard understands it the way i do it.
the problem is the style of trolling employed by nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c only works if people have some reason to believe that you aren't just a retard. in his case because nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 uses the client that Mike has made it automatically put him in position where he cannot just be dismissed and he can make ridiculous statements on purpose just to see how some genius like me will respond to them.
this has sadly made me realize that ultimately you cannot succeed in the virtual world without succeeding in the real world first. because people of low intelligence will never recognize your genius. they can only recognize your success. i owe all these realizations in part to nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c
who i hope will live for many more decades but in case he dies tomorrow ( or is dead already ) this is what i had to say to him ( and if he doesn't read it that's on him, not me ).
because too often ( probably 90% of the time ) we never get to say what we wanted to somebody before they die. for example on the day my grandmother died i ordered my mother ( her daughter ) to be in the room with her and she was, but still didn't manage to say what she wanted to grandma before grandma died.
just a heads up to all of you !
