Still don’t know what a boost is (not the one with the $ sign) and at this point I’m afraid to ask 😂

Is it something on Android ? All the clients I’ve tried on iOS either have repost or quote

It's sending sats & optional message (via lightning) to a #v4v rss feed like a podcast. Use Fountain or other podcast 2.0 enabled app.

It's amazing. Boosts get read on the following episode of lots of shows.

So you can support and engage directly with an episode and its creators!

So boosting is the same as a zap with an embedded message ?

Zaps are a nostr thing.

Boosts are a v4v podcast thing.

Sort of the same process on different mediums.

Boosting doesn't involve nostr, zappping is only on nostr. But both are sats on LN.

I see lots of people saying “boost this note”. I figured they must have a functionality on their client
