Internet says poison ivy has the pointy leaves, poison oak is more rounded. Both ruin your week.

After being admitted to the hospital a couple of times after excessive exposure, I've learned to avoid all of it.

Yeah, I don't get it particularly bad. I work with a few people who do, but they can't identify it. I just don't get it.
