Bar keepers friend (or bon ami) will get anything off my all clad stainless steel pan. My weapon of choice!
I also own a nice cast iron but it gets used less often.
Last weekend I went camping and forgot the cast iron. A local restaurant was near by and lent me their stainless steal pan(all clad). Cleaning the grease after cooking steaks was like trying to scrub the barnacles off the sunken titanic.
