You block one, they spin up another 10 with the same name, new npub.
And this is just the beginning.
Maybe #nostr developers could limit creation of the same username - similar like on twitter you can't have two same handles.
It would also prevent accidental befriending or sending msg to the wrong accounts.
Especially the clone accounts that spin up fake Jack Mallers and other huge accounts…
